Vancouver, BC - Thursday 02 July, 2026 - As the world's largest brands move complex commerce onto Shopify, the partners handling their data face a higher bar for proving it is secure. Teifi Digital, a unified commerce systems integrator and Shopify Platinum Partner, today announced it has completed its SOC 2 Type II examination, passing on the first attempt.

SOC 2 Type II, developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), measures how effectively an organization's security controls operate over an extended period, not at a single point in time. Teifi's controls were assessed against the AICPA's Trust Services Criteria by an independent third-party auditor.

The examination covers Teifi Bridge, the company's extensibility layer connecting Shopify to core enterprise systems including ERP, OMS, accounting, and tax. Teifi Bridge processes billions of webhooks and API requests on proprietary bare-metal Kubernetes, with every client isolated in its own dedicated tenant.
